To celebrate Jeep’s 70th anniversary, we were tasked to create an interactive “timeline” for the Detroit Auto Show. But timelines are boring. So instead, we leveraged one of the most iconic design elements--the seven-slot grille--each slot representing a decade of their legacy.
I pitched the concept directly to Chrysler’s VP of Marketing as a once-in-a-lifetime idea. Whether he was hooked by the idea or just relieved we could deliver it in five days, all teams were thrilled when we produced an elegant, user-friendly timeline that let audiences interact with Jeep’s heritage—from its military origins to its evolution as a symbol of adventure and resilience.
This seamless execution of design and storytelling not only honoured Jeep’s past but also reinforced its enduring story, leaving a lasting impression on both fans and industry insiders.
